The project
Fonte Avellana: Sustainability Told Through History
In collaboration with Studio Diametro, I contributed to the development of the three museum rooms inside the Monastery of Fonte Avellana. The project, created by DIAMETRO Comunicazione for SVEM, was a rich and, at times, cathartic experience—certainly a beautiful one.
Together, we had the opportunity to reinterpret an ancient story through images and new technologies, exploring the forest and the relationship that the monks once had, and still have today, with the woodland that surrounds them.
A distant and peaceful dimension was translated into an immersive experience through soft lighting, textured surfaces, and contemporary touch screen installations.
It is difficult to fully describe this project in words. To truly understand it, there is only one way: visit Fonte Avellana and lose yourself in the slow rhythm of the forest.
