For years I worked on my own, and I liked it. Then projects started asking for more than one person can give: strategy, social media, photo, video, development.
In 2023, with some friends and colleagues, we founded Wotta. We didn't want a traditional agency, but a place where everyone brings their own skills and nobody works in isolation.
Trust is work
The hard part wasn't splitting tasks, it was learning to trust. Letting someone else touch your project, accepting an idea that isn't yours, saying “I don't know” in front of the group.
What changes for the people we work with
When a client joins a call, they meet people who know each other and complement each other. You can feel it in the results, from festivals to institutional events, and even more when something goes wrong.
Wotta is now growing into a real agency. But to me it is first of all a group of people I chose to grow with.
